The template requires the person/s inputting the data to enter values and answers into "input fields"

Click the Questionaire you need to fill out, you will only see relevant questionaires for you

The completed spreadsheets (incl. accompanying documentation) are to be returned to CIP's ESG Team no later than 29th of January 2024. The ESG Team will then compile and aggregate the data in order to present the relevant figures. CIP's ESG Team may reach out to CIP's Investment Manager for clarifications on any data that is not clear.

​Any data received later than this may result in CIP breaching relevant regulations.

Questionaires 

As a data provider you will only see the questionaires you are asked to fill out.  

GHG Emissions (All assets)

This tab contains information regarding the use of energy (e.g. fuel and electricity) during the construction and operation phases of the project (multiple assets where project portfolio), and production of energy.

Water (All assets)

This tab contains information regarding the project financials. It is requested at the project level, aggregated individual assets where a project consists of multiple assets.

Biodiversity (All assets)

This tab contains information regarding environmental surveys and identification of biodiversity issues, such as protected natural habitats on project ( and asset level for multi asset project portfolios).

Waste (All assets)

This tab contains information regarding the amount and type of waste disposed or processed, as well as waste management policy put on project site(s)

Circularity (All assets)

This tab contains information regarding circularity assessment, and employment of most durable, recyclable and easy to disassemble components

Climate risk (All assets)

This tab contains information regarding climate physical risk assessments and possible mitigation/adaptation measures to, for example extreme whether events exposure and vulnerability

Health and safety (All assets)

This tab contains information on standard health and safety metrics (e.g. LTIs, hours worked, FTEs) reported on individual asset or project level (e.g. Monegros, Travers)w

Technology-specific

This tab contains information on asset specific technologies. Please fill in the relevant sections based on the project technology (or asset technology for multi asset project portfolios)
